Project Manager

  

We are seeking to hire a seasoned Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for a passionate self-starter. 

  

Responsibilities:

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related field
  • 3- 5 years of project management and related experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Independent Sales Consultant 

Job Description (Remote)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven independent sales consultant to drive company sales. The independent sales representative’s responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying networking opportunities, answering customers' questions, and finding new customers through cold-calling, emailing, and social media advertising. You should also be able to implement effective sales strategies to continually meet or exceed sales quotas.


To be successful as an independent sales representative, you should be committed to achieving sales goals with minimal supervision. Ultimately, a top-performing independent sales representative should demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills, and achieve excellent customer service at all times.

  

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential customers through networking and following leads.
  • Arranging meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products.
  • Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Negotiating pricing with suppliers and vendors to encourage purchases.
  • Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
  • Filling out the necessary paperwork and obtaining customers' authorization.
  • Addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues.


Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience.
  • The ability to travel to customers.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
